Wilhelm Klier No. 702 Violin – Masterpiece in Perfect Condition

Crafted with traditional German precision, the Wilhelm Klier No. 702 stands as a stunning example of modern lutherie. This exceptional violin is presented in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear, cracks, or repairs. It has been fully serviced and expertly set up by Phil Whitehead at The String Workshop, ensuring optimal playability, tone, and stability.

The instrument features a breathtaking beautifully flamed maple 2-piece back, sides, and neck. The maple displays a deep, shimmering flame that dances under light, creating an elegant visual symphony that complements its rich, golden-brown varnish. The tight, even grain of the spruce top enhances both its aesthetic appeal and acoustic properties.

Renowned for their responsive tone and excellent projection, Wilhelm Klier violins are favored by serious students, professionals, and collectors alike. The No. 702 model offers a warm, powerful sound with brilliant clarity in the upper registers and a resonant, singing lower range. Its even response across all strings makes it a joy to play.

This rare instrument represents outstanding value - a beautiful, hand-crafted violin in flawless condition, professionally prepared and ready for its next owner.

This Wilhelm Klier 'Guarneri del Gesu' model violin is crafted with German tonewoods in a 19th century traditional workshop tradition. The aged tonewoods used in this model give the violin a warmer sound.
